Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2, to produce the petitioner's wife Lakshmi Devi and Om Prakash (petitioner's minor son aged 8 years) detained by the third respondent, before this Court and to set them at liberty. O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue Lakshmi Devi, to cause production of his wife along with his minor son Om Prakash, aged about 8 years, before this Court. 2.The alleged detenue Lakshmi Devi and their son Om Prakash, born through the petitioner are secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police.

3.On enquiry, the detenue stated that there is no illegal detention by anybody and that she expressed her willingness to go https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

along with her father-Lakku Nageswara Rao, who is also present before this Court.

4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition. 5.It is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum seeking his remedy.
