O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order in Crl.R.C.No.43 of 2015 dated 01.10.2015 passed by the Learned Principal District and Sessions Court Coimbatore, confirming the order in Crl.M.P.No.1404 of 2015 dated 12.03.2015 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore and for consequential directions.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.830 of 2012 has been completed and the respondent police has filed a final report in C.C.No.314 of 2014 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore. He further submitted that on 08.12.2018, the case itself is disposed of by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Coimbatore. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
