This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.28736 of 2022 on 23.11.2022 to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
