On 13.02.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner appeared before this Court and sought for adjournment. Hence the matter was adjourned for today, but the caption for dismissal was retained. Today, when the matter is called there is no representation for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
