No. 156/2018 on the file of Sub ordinate Judge, Arakkonam, based upon my representation dated 27.11.2019.

Mr. P.Senthilvel, Learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the First to Third Respondents. 2.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First to Third Respondents, on instructions, states that due to bifurcation of Districts, the property is now transferred from the jurisdiction of the Tahsildar, Walajah Taluk to the Tahsildar, Sholingar Taluk, with effect from 01.01.2020. In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to make fresh application for granting patta to the concerned authority and she has made an endorsement to that effect. 3.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
