When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Balaji, one of the learned counsel on record for the petitioner submitted that this case was entrusted by the petitioner to his senior Mr.K.Ramagopal in the year 1999 and after Mr.K.Ramagopal's death on 14.02.2012, the petitioner has taken change of vakalat and it seems that he has not engaged any other counsel, till date. Despite the name of the petitioner being printed in the cause list today, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
