ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to release the vehicle which was seized from the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the vehicle has been produced before the learned Judicial magistrate, Cheyyur, on 22.02.2021and it has been assigned CP No.7 of 2021.

3. In view of the above development, it is left open to the petitioner to file an appropriate petition seeking for release of vehicle and accordingly, this Criminal original petition is disposed of.
