This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal arises out of the Decree and order passed in I.D.O.P.No.7 of 2005 dated 30.01.2010 on the file of Learned Principal District Judge at Vellore.

2. When the case was listed on 10.02.2022, there was no representation made on the side of the appellant and this Court, passed an order directing the Registry to list the matter on 17.02.2022, under the caption "for dismissal".

3. Even today, i.e.17.02.2022, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the appellant. Thus, it is evident that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.No.1572 of 2010 stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
