ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents police to file a charge sheet in Crime No.74 of 2013 after carrying out true and proper investigation, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that a case has been registered in Crime No.74 of 2013 on 26.09.2013. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry as expeditiously as possible and file a final report or a closure report as the case may be, before the concerned Court and intimate the same to the petitioner herein. Thereafter, the petitioner is directed to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
