ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.12.2025 and issue FMB Sketch, Chitta and Adangal records pertaining to the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition in favour of the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner has already obtained patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner seeks for issuance of FMB Sketch, Chitta and Adangal records for the very same property in his name. The petitioner had given a representation on 17.12.2025 to the respondents for the said purpose. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed.

3. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation dated 17.12.2025 as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 17.12.2025, seeking for issuance of FMB Sketch, Chitta and Adangal records pertaining to the property morefully described in the

prayer to this writ petition within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
