ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant leave for 30 days to the convict prisoner Rahuman s/o.Jahir Hussain, aged about 34 years (CT No.5249), now detained at Central Prison - I, Puzhal, Chennai, for making necessary arrangements for the medical treatment of his mother.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prison authorities, by order dated 02.09.2021, rejected the leave application of the petitioner.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
