Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to survey the property comprised in S.F.Nos.168/2, 169/2, 168/1 and 168/5, Kannankurichi Village, Salem District and fix boundary stones by considering the representation of the petitioner herein dated 04.10.2021 within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents herein to survey the property comprised in S.F.Nos.168/2, 169/2, 168/1 and 168/5, situated Kannankurichi Village, Salem District and fix boundary stones by considering the representation of the petitioner herein dated 04.10.2021 within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.10.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, adjacent land owners and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
