2.A perusal of records, the reasons stated in the affidavit are satisfied and the learned counsel for the petitioner has raised arguable points in the grounds of appeal. Hence, this Court grants leave to prefer the appeal against the order of acquittal passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.1 @ Magistrate Level, Coimbatore in C.C.No.415 of 2018, dated 01.07.2020 and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered. 3.Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter on 27.04.2021.
