ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents police to Register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 30.03.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondentPolice.

3. It appears that the petitioner/wife has given a complaint against her husband, based on which enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.105 of 2015. Hence, the respondent police is directed to refer the complaint to the Social Welfare Officer for enquiry and after receipt of the report from the Social Welfare Officer, the respondent police shall take action in accordance with the law.
