This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 122 days in filing the criminal appeal against the judgment of the Special Principal District Judge for NDPS Act Cases, Chennai passed in C.C.No.137 of 2019, dated 05.07.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit is accepted and the delay of 122 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned. The petition is ordered.
