Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to give necessary assistance to the Advocate commissioner appointed by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore vide order dated 25.03.2022 passed in Crl.M.P.No.19057/2021 under Section 14 to take physical possession in a expeditiously manner and consequently hand over possession of the property within 2 weeks to this petitioner to enable the petitioner to proceed further under SARFAESI Act, 2002 to recover its dues.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that within a period of two weeks, the order passed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 would be executed.
