PRAYER Petition filed under Section 11, 12 & 15 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and Section 12 (3), 13(2) of the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 to remove the 3 rd respondent, who had entered into reference on 21.12.1999 pursuant to the order of appointment made by the 2 nd respondent in Arbitration matter (A.M.) No.CHP 38/1999 dated: 21.12.1999 and appoint a retired judge of the this Court or retired District Judge as an arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute itself between the parties in relation to the agreement dated 17.05.1999 under reference with further direction to adjudicate the claim in accordance with law and pass an award within the time, to be specified by this Court.
