ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for directing the 1 to 3rd respondents to take necessary action against the 5th respondent pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 26.11.2019.
2. Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 5.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's husband is a habitual offender and he is involved in civil cases on the file of the 3rd respondent and also other various police station.
4. On a perusal of the records submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner's husband is involved in more than 15 cases in various police station including the 3rd respondent herein. All the offences are similar in nature for the offences under Sections 392, 397 and 399 of IPC including the offence under Section 302 of IPC. Therefore, the writ petition has been filed only to escape from the clutches of law.
5. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
