This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Para No.7(b) that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks" by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.32462 of 2025 dated 03.12.2025.

2. It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that while granting bail by this Court imposed certain conditions on the petitioner and in one of the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and the same has been complied with. Hence, the petition may be closed.
3. Recording the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
