ORDER

The petitioner and the respondent were married on 19.04.2012. They set up their matrimonial home within the jurisdiction of the Sub Court at Tambaram. From the wedlock, two children were born on 02.03.2013 and 17.08.2016, respectively. Thereafter, certain disputes arose between the Page No 1 of 4

petitioner and the respondent. The husband has initiated the matrimonial proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.185 of 2022 before the learned Subordinate Judge at Tambaram.

2. The petitioner/wife claims that she is unable to travel from Cuddalore, where she is currently residing, to Tambaram as she has to take care of her two children and her aged parents.

3. The respondent, though served, has not entered appearance before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the difficulties expressed by the wife and the fact that she is having two children to attend to, I am inclined to consider this transfer petition. Hence, the proceeding in H.M.O.P.No.185 of 2022 which is now pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Tambaram is withdrawn and it shall stand transferred to the file of the Family Court at Cuddalore.

5. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands Page No 2 of 4
