ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to cancel the patta bearing Nos.3511 and 3602 issued by the 5th respondent during the pendency of the civil suits between the parties, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 13.10.2025.
2. The petitioner had given a representation on 13.10.2025 to the respondents seeking to cancel the aforementioned pattas issued by the 5th respondent during the pendency of the civil suits. Since the said representation was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5. Since no adverse order has been passed against the respondents 6 and 7 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 6 and 7 is dispensed with by this Court.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with, after hearing the objections of the respondents 6 and 7 or any other third party, whom the 4th respondent deems fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 4th respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 13.10.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta Nos.3511 and 3602 issued by the 5th respondent during the Page No.3 of 6
pendency of the civil suits, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the respondents 6 and 7 or any other third party, whom the 4th respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
