ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents police to Register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 10.04.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It appears that the petitioner has lent money to the opposite party and the cheque issued by the opposite party has dishonored. The dispute essentially appears to be a civil in nature. Hence, no positive direction could be given to the respondent police to register a case.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
