The instant writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 10.12.2024 passed by the second respondent.

The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner would submit that on account of certain incidents, the second respondent has transferred all those who involved in the incidents to their own Department of Telecommunication Branch, the petitioner alone was repatriated to the Law and Order Department, which according to the petitioner is nothing but discrimination. It is the further submission of the learned Senior Counsel that the petitioner has given a representation dated 13.12.2024 to the first respondent, and such representation is pending with the first respondent. 2/5
3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would fairly submit that they would consider the said representation of the petitioner within a reasonable time.
4. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

In view of the above submissions, without going into the merits of this writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2024, and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner wants to send any fresh representation, he is at liberty to do so forthwith. 3/5
6. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
