ii) the petitioner be granted permanent custody of the minor child Zidan Jaffer born on 03.03.2018;

iii) and pass orders;

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, a Memorandum of Compromise was filed before this Court indicating that the parties to the petition have settled the dispute among themselves and they have jointly entered into a Memorandum of Compromise and the same has been acknowledged by the learned counsels appearing for both the parties. Petitioner is present through video conferencing and the respondent is present before this Court and had been identified by their respective counsels and they have also acknowledged such Memorandum of Compromise.

2. In view of the understanding that had been arrived at between the parties on the terms of Memorandum of Compromise, the Original Petition is disposed of in the terms of Memorandum of Compromise. The said terms of Memorandum of Compromise shall form part of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 29.04.2025 Gba Index :Yes/No Speaking order: Yes/ No 2/4
