No.28471 of 2023 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN.J, This petition has been filed to amend the Sections as 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 302 of IPC @ 120B, 342, 352, 506(2), 149 & 109 of IPC r/w Section 4 of TNPHW Act, 2002, instead of Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b) & 302 IPC in Crl.O.P.No.28471 of 2023 and to amend the name in the cause title as Ramalingam @ Kokali instead of Ramalingam.
