There is an inordinate delay of 467 days in re-presenting the CRP papers. Hence, taking into consideration the inordinate delay, it is proper to impose cost.

Hence, the application is allowed on terms, that the petitioner has to pay the cost of Rs.5,00/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) towards Tamil Nadu Medication Centre, Chennai within a period of two weeks from today.
