This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation from the respondent police to any other investigation agency in Crime No.62 of 2013.

2. It is seen that the investigation in Crime No.62 of 2013 is pending on the file of the respondent police. Now, almost six years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.

3. However, considering that the crime is of the year 2013, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.62 of 2013 and file a final report within a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already filed.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
