He apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 498 (A), 494, 406 and 506(i) of I.P.C. in Crime No.9 of 2020 on the file of respondent police and now, he has filed this petition for anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter was taken for hearing, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor would submit that pending this Criminal Original Petition, the petitioner was arrested on 13.02.2021. Hence, this petition may be dismissed.
