A.No.103 of 2024 in CS. (COMM DIV) No.2 of 2024 P.B.BALAJI, J., A.No.103 of 2024 has been taken out by the Applicant/plaintiff to grant permission to the Applicant to combine the causes of action regarding infringement of trade mark and passing off together in a single suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection for the said Application being allowed. I have also gone through the affidavit filed in support of the Application and there is a case made out for combining the causes of action. I am satisfied with the reasons assigned in the said Application. Accordingly, this Application is allowed.
