ORDER

The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the trial court as The District Munsif, Jayakondan in O.S.No.176/2006 dated 14/09/2012 and the First Appellate Court name as Additional District and Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Ariyalur in A.S.No.27/2015 dated

13/10/2015 in the Affidavit, petitions and grounds prayer of the above second appeal.

2. The Second Appeal stood disposed of as early as on 15.12.2023. A perusal of the judgment made in the Second Appeal would indicate that this Court had recorded the trial Court as well as the First Appellate Court correctly as sought to be amended in the present petition, no further orders are required to be made in the present petition.

3. Accordingly, the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 25-07-2025 kak To
