JUDGMENT

This appeal is preferred by the appellant insurance company as against the judgment and decree passed on 12.08.2009 made in MCOP.No.2838 of 2005 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, VI Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

2.The learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the civil miscellaneous petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.
