(through video conference) The Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the Respondent from demanding contributions under the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, from the Petitioner.

The Respondent has filed an Additional Counter-Affidavit dated 07.10.2021 in which it has been stated that the Petitioner has applied for online registration of its establishment under the Online Registration of Establishment Portal (OLRE) after the filing of the Writ Petition and the Establishment Code No. CBSLM1575615000 has been alloted to the Petitioner for which proof has been produced. On account of the subsequent developments, no further orders are required in this Writ Petition.

In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
