2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to remit salaries to the petitioner for the period April 2014 to June 2015 for her tenure as Doctor at Zone XI, along with interest at the rate of not less than 12% per annum payable from the date of due to till the payment on the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2023 within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted 2/4

that the petitioner made representation dated 25.11.2023 to the respondents seeking to disburse salary to the petitioner for the period from April 2014 to June 2015 for her tenure as Doctor at Zone XI, however, there is no response. Hence, this Court may without going into the merits of the case, issue direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2023 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame. 4.Considering the limited relief now sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2023, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is disposed of.
