Prayer:- This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code against the decree and judgement of the Court of the Subordinate Judge, Cuddalore, made in A.S.No.78 of 1990, dated 30.09.1991 preferred against the decree and judgment of the Court of the Principal District Munsif, Kallakurichi made in O.S.No. 202 of 1981 dated 13.04.1987.

JUDGMENT
