This application has been filed to appoint an advocate Commissioner to seize and handover the subject vehicle.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this application since the subject vehicle was stolen. Further, she requests this Court to grant liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application, if the subject vehicle is traced out.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is inclined to dismiss this application as withdrawn.

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn by granting the liberty as prayed for by the applicant.
