Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 6 to take appropriate action against the respondents 7 to 27 for their illegal act by setting the criminal law in motion and to investigate the same to file a final report within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court based on the representation of the petitioner dated 25.12.2018.

O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed to seeking for a direction to the respondent police to take action against the respondents 7 to 27, based on the representation made by the petitioner dated 25.12.2018.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents 7 to 27 are conducting Kangaroo Court and are preventing the villagers from undertaking the day to day activities and also are discriminating and threatening the families to move out of the village and also are ostracizing the families. Therefore, the petitioner wants action to be taken against the respondents 7 to 27.
3. A careful reading of the representation dated 25.12.2018 does not reveal any of theses facts. This representation merely speaks about the misuse of funds in the Grama Sabha and for taking action against the concerned persons and for conducting election to the Grama Sabha. Based on this representation, the case as projected by the petitioner cannot be decided in this Writ Petition.
4. This Writ Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to give an appropriate representation setting forth the entire correct facts to the 6th respondent and the 6th respondent on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner shall deal with the same in accordance with law.
