This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records in C.C.No.1380 of 2015 pending on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court - II, Egmore, Chennai-8 and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this matter has become infructuous as the trial was already completed. He has also sent an email to that effect.

3. In view of the submission made and the email sent by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
