Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. I.ROMEO ROY ALFRED, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.22751 of 2021 on 03.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified that, till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on monthly once for every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
