Respondents PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to change the name of street Thathanur Keepaveli AD street (4th ward) and renamed as Bharadhidhasan Kudiyerappu based on the resolution passed by the Thathanur village panchayat dated 16.11.2023 and by implementing the GO No.1531 dated 3.10.1978 issued by the Rural Development and Local Administration Department of Government of Tamil Nadu.
