When the matter is called, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the competent authority for considering the claim of the petitioner is the first respondent, namely, the Secretary to Government, School Education Department, Government of Tamil Nadu, Secretariat, Chennai-600 009. But, inadvertently, while typing the order dated 01.12.2019 in W.P.No.2829/2019, the 2nd respondent, namely, the Director of School Education, College Road, Chennai-6 was directed. Therefore, the same shall be read as first respondent and after making necessary correction, a corrected copy of the order may be issued, it is pleaded.

In view of the above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, in the order dated 01.02.2019 passed in W.P.No.2829/2019, in 4th line of paragraph 4, the second respondent shall be read as first respondent.
