ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the order dated 03.01.2026 made in Na.Ka.No.02/Inspector/Tiruvannamalai East Police Station/2026, by the respondent and consequentially direct the respondent to grant permission for conducting peaceful protest on 09.01.2026 from 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and for using loud speaker at any convenient public place in Tiruvannmalai District.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous and hence, the Writ Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
