This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 336 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
2. Mrs.R.Rathna Thara, learned counsel appearing for 2nd respondent Insurance Company has not raised any objection for allowing this petition.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned and the petition is ordered. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and also directed to print the name of Mrs.R.Rathna Thara, learned counsel appearing for 2nd respondent and post the matter for admission on 09.11.2020.
