Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to treat the B.E.Civil Engineering and Computer based construction, degree of the petitioner is equivalent to B.E.Civil Engineering awarded by the Anna University, based on the certificate dated 20.03.2009 issued by the Anna University and permit the petitioner to write the written examination for the post of Assistant Engineer pursuant vide letter No.TNPCB/ PER/ P1/ 34337/12 dated 18.03.2013.
