This writ petition has been filed seeking to call for all the records of the 2nd respondent herein pertaining to impugned order dated 10.08.2010 passed in T.N.C.E.No.1 of 2008 and to quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for final hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/Management submitted that the private notice ordered by this Court dated 17.04.2023 was sent to the first respondent and it has been returned with an endorsement "addressee moved".

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/Management this writ petition is closed with liberty to reopen the same if need arises. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
