JUDGMENT
When this matter is taken up for hearing learned counsel for respondents/defendants would submit that the prayer as sought for in the plaint has become infractuous, since it relates to the validity of the elections which was conducted on 06.07.2013. Learned counsel for the defendants would submit that after the said elections, periodical elections have been held and therefore nothing really survives for consideration as on date. 2.Learned counsel for the plaintiff however would submit that he would like to place submissions but this Court is not inclined to grant adjournment in view of the averments and the prayer as contained in the plaint. Therefore, this Court is in agreement with the submission of the learned counsel for the defendants and is also convinced that the suit has become infructuous. Therefore this Application stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the Civil Suit stands closed at SR stage. 28.04.2021 mrm Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No 3/4
