No.1389/2015) Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body of the petitioner's daughter namely S.Jothi, D/o.Sankar, aged 17 years, a minor, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/mother of the detenue S.Jothi, D/o.Sankar, aged 17 years, to cause production of her daughter, before this Court and to set her at liberty. 2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The petitioner/mother of the detenue is also before us.

3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that there is no illegal detention by anybody and she expressed her willingness to go along with her mother, who is also before us. The petitioner/mother of the detenue is also willing to take back her daughter.

4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition. Consequently, connected M.P. is also closed.
