Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 2nd respondent herein dated 19.12.2023 sent to the Petitioner through email and quash the same and consequently forbear the 2nd respondent their men or agents or anyone acting on behalf of them from calling for new tenders for parking of vehicles belongs to 2nd and 3rd respondents corporation passing through Ooty to Coimbatore Road, near Kallar Railway Gate, Mettupalayam in which the Petitioners hotel is situated and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to restore the order passed by him in Lr.No. 00666/ Je6/ AViPooga/ 2023 dated 08.12.2023 and Lr.No. 00667/ Je6/ AViPooga/ 2022 dated 08.12.2023.

ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed challenging the order dated 19.12.2023. 19.12.2023 is the letter intimating about the cancellation of the tender.
2.At present, the learned counsel for the respondents/Corporation would submit that the petitioner is selected as H-1 Tenderer and therefore, his case will be considered in accordance with the terms and conditions and by following the procedures as contemplated.
Thus, no further adjudication is required. The case of the petitioner is directed to be considered on merits and in accordance with Law. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
