This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 09.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On reading of the complaint dated 09.03.2016, it is seen that the petitioner has lent around Rs.2crores to the opposite party by bank transfer and that for the amount borrowed, the opposite party has issued promissory notes and cheques. The dispute is civil in nature.

4. In a case of this nature, no positive direction can be issued as prayed for by the petitioner and this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
