Prayer:This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2018 and consequently remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet List vide H.S.No.510 of 2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent Police. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for direction to the 2nd respondent to remove the name of the petitioner from the History Sheet list (H.S.No.510 of 2014). 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the 2nd respondent made a recommendation to the 1st respondent to remove the name of the petitioner from the History Sheet by its letter dated 29.12.2018. Subsequently, the 1st respondent has accepted the recommendation and directed the 2nd respondent to remove the name of the petitioner from the History Sheet. of the petitioner has also been removed from the History Sheet. The submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and in view of the same, no further orders is required to be passed in this Criminal Original petition. 3.
