Heard Ms. Bhargavi Gopalan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. V.Ravi, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to consider the application dated 29.08.2022 made by the Petitioner for curtailment of route 'Periyakozhapalur Koot Road to Periyakozhapalur' in respect of 4 singles for her vehicle bearing Registration No. TN-63-AS-3605 plying on the route 'Vellore to Gingee' and grant the same. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the Second Respondent by Proceedings in R. No. 24895/A2/2022 dated 19.01.2024 informed the Petitioner that her application for curtailment of route from Periyakozhapalur Koot Road to Periyakozhapalur cannot be considered and its copy has been placed on record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, she is not precluded from 2/4

working out her remedies before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
